Cab Suspension for All Requirements
Customers are demanding greater ride comfort in vehicles of all kinds. Moreover, cost pressure is constantly on the increase. Cab suspension systems
Cab suspension systems largely determine the level of comfort experienced by drivers of agricultural machinery. Integral Accumulator's cab suspension systems meet all legal requirements. They also increase comfort, reduce impact on the driver, extend the service life of the cab components, and are extremely good value for money.
Integral Accumulator
manufactures cab suspension systems for a variety of different comfort levels. All of our components are specially selected to meet requirements. For example, we use ultra bushes and/or conical mounts in our standard-level comfort cab suspension system (level 1). To satisfy those who want a little more comfort (level 2), we use hydro bushes or hydro mounts. Enhanced comfort (level 3) can only be achieved using hydropneumatic suspension or air suspension. Optimum comfort (level 4) is achieved using hydropneumatic cab suspension with adaptable dampening.
Hydropneumatic cab suspension
Hydro mounts are used for the targeted dampening of resonance in the cab. Greater isolation can be achieved using a carefully adjusted hydropneumatic suspension system with a leveling feature.
The optional adaptable dampening feature guarantees the highest possible level of comfort. A connected control unit uses modern algorithms to calculate the optimum dampening setting for every driving situation. This ensures the highest possible level of suspension comfort. It also allows drivers to adjust the dampening settings to meet their specific needs.
